Dr. Kline is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Missouri. He received his training and experience in Forensic Psychology working as a Certified Forensic Examiner with the state of Missouri's Department of Mental Health.
The foundation for Dr. Kline's Forensic work is his extensive experience as a clinical psychologist. Dr. Kline worked for 8 years as a clinical psychologist at Mid Missouri Mental Health Center, a State owned and operated acute care psychiatric hospital. It was in this facility that Dr. Kline received intensive experience working with a wide variety of challenging psychiatric disorders.
In addition, to his private practice Dr. Kline is employed as a forensic psychologist at Fulton State Hospital, a long term, state owned and operated psychiatric facility. Fulton State Hospital is a 500+ bed forensic facility that provides Maximum Security, Intermediate Security, and Minimum Security treatment for forensic clients committed through Missouri's Criminal and Probate Courts. At Fulton State Hospital he performs assessments for the courts addressing issues such as Competency to Stand Trial, Mental State at Time of Criminal Offense, Diminished Capacity, and Sexually Violent Predator Risk.
